SCOPE: To carry out the design, delivery, installation and management of a solid liquid separation system. To treat wash down water from their paint process plant. Allowing FSI to reuse the treated water for other processes and cut down on cost and sludge removal.
SERVICE & DELIVERY: We installed & commissioned the pumping treatment system for settlement of the solids and reuse of the liquid. The effluent is treated with chemicals to get to the any solid particles to stick together and sink to the bottom of a conical tank while treated liquids flow out cleared of particles with a neutral pH value. Controlled from a single control panel the system allows FSI to continue production whilst the system automatically treats the effluent with minimal operator interaction.
