ISSUE: This housing developer client had an issue with an existing small treatment plant that was failing consent and required upgrading to an adoptable standard.
SCOPE: To carry out the design, upgrade construction, installation of upgraded equipment and commissioning of all controls, telemetry and security to replace an existing, aging asset. The scope included all enabling works, process, mechanical and electrical design and implementation along with auto PLC control, telemetry works, decommissioning and removal of the old system.
SERVICE & DELIVERY: We designed, manufactured, installed and commissioned the treatment plant equipment from pumps and valves to a Submerged Aerated Filter, blowers etc. Our team installed and commissioned control and telemetry that previously was installed incorrectly.
I&C SOLUTION: Having fully assessed the situation, we found a number of incorrectly installed or non-working elements in the current system. We then designed, manufactured, installed and commissioned a new
